We are a small
company that only builds lake homes and only in Northwest Wisconsin.
Our two principals have over 40 years of combined experience building
lake homes in Sawyer and  Washburn
counties.
We have a small office in Minneapolis, where we spend about half of our
time - usually the first half of the week. The rest of the time we are
in Northwestern Wisconsin supervising the building of new lake
cottages, along with the purchasing and selling of waterfront property.
To find out more about lake property, you can talk to us by phone, meet
with us in Minneapolis, or better yet, meet us  around Hayward or Spooner, in Wisconsin. If you meet us
in Wisconsin, we can then take you around and show you some of the
properties we have available and some of the cottages we have built in
the past.
Before making a final decision about purchasing a cottage from us,
perhaps you would like to speak with some others who we have built for
over the years. That's really the best way to find out what kind of a
reputation a builder has.
Most of the property that we own at any one time is just beautiful lake
front land with no buildings. You can see some photos of our lots in
our Photo Gallery.
This is the way we normally work our business:
1. You
call us, inquiring about lake property.
2. You tell us what you are interested in. At that
time, we ask you a few questions to try and get a good understanding
about what kind of waterfront property you want.
3. Once we think we understand how you plan to use your
new lake property, we will be able to suggest the properties that we
have that seem to best meet your needs.
4. You may research these properties on your own, as
driving directions are available. If you decide to do that, please be
careful. These lots for the most part are in their natural state. If
you have any reservations whatsoever about taking care of yourself in a
forest or near a lake, then only walk these properties with someone
from our firm.
5. Then if you have a continuing interest, we will then
meet you in Wisconsin and show you the particular sites along with some
cottages we have built in the past.
6. If you find a lot that fits what you are looking for
and is in your budget, we will either sell you that lot outright, or
contract to build a lake home for you on it. The lake home will
probably be chalet style, similar to the one pictured on our home page. But your new home will be
modified so that it fits your needs. We take a lot of pride in building
quality homes.
7. Sometimes we have lake homes available for sale that
we have just finished building, and sometimes we have other homes that
we are in the process of building.
